The total works contracted by the company with contractors amounted to 400 million pounds in the project during the current year to complete the external finishes and infrastructure works for the first phase of its “Zizinia El Mostakbal” project.
Infrastructure works are now underway, including utilities, landscaping, lake area excavation and waterfalls, fit-out and exterior finishes.
In a related context, “Ardic Development and Real Estate Investment” announced the launch of a new batch of residential units for sale, after the completion of the previous offering of its “Zizinia El Mostakbal” project in Mostakbal City, within the framework of the “Zizinia El Mostakbal” project.
