ARDIC launches new housing units in Zizinia El Mostakbal and signs deals with four new contractors
Ardec Real Estate Development Company has signed agreements with four new contractors to expedite the ongoing work on the Zizinia El Mostakbal project. The new contractors will work simultaneously to finish the first phase of the project scheduled for delivery by mid-2022.
ARDIC’s leadership team headed by Mr. Mahmoud Hegazy visited the construction site in the presence of Dr. Samir Aref, Vice Chairman and Engineer. Hisham Abdel Khaleq, CEO, to follow up the progress of work on the site after concluding deals with new contractors.
The total volume of deals signed with contractors amounted to 400 million pounds throughout 2021 to finish building facades and infrastructure for the first phase of Zizinia El Mostakbal. Infrastructure works including utilities, landscaping, lakes and waterfalls as well as building facades are currently underway. ARDIC also announced the launch of new housing units for sale after the completion of the previous launch in Zizinia El Mostakbal project. The new launch comes as part of the company’s expansion plans and is scheduled to be delivered by mid-2022.

Abdel-Khaleq explained that the city of the future is witnessing a very high turnout, thanks to its proximity to the new administrative capital. Soon, the government’s reallocation of the new capital encouraged more real estate developers to launch new units in this area to meet customer demands. Zizinia El Mostakbal is located in Mostakbal City, in a prime location in New Cairo, just five minutes away from Street 90 and Cairo-Suez Road, and extends over more than 70 acres. Zizinia El Mostakbal features residential units of different sizes, penthouses, and ground apartments with a garden with spaces starting from 85 square meters.
